The last direct instruction plan........

Ok so the last group to go were Corey, Erica and Jen. I really enjoyed this group's lesson as well. The way they had this lesson set up was great. I really enjoyed the biography mapping and how they handled the mistake of transposing the numbers for Pocahontas' year of death.
I like how they didn't make a big deal-- but admitted to not being perfect. Corey has a great outgoing and fun personality and the students were drawn to him almost immediately.
They really liked him and his sense of humor. The other thing that Corey did was create a new way to grab their attention by putting his hand up in the air and wiggling his fingers THEY LOVED THAT!
Jen did and awesome job presenting as did Erica. This was another great job by my peers. There are so many smart and talented people in my class the children we are all going to be teaching one day are going to thrive in excellence!!!! I loved this lesson and everything they did with it!!!! Another Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!
