Our peers teach!!!

The next to go were Gina and Jesse. They followed up right after Faith, Meagan and I taught our first lesson. Their lesson was also a direct lesson. 

Their lesson focused on explorers.Gina really led them right into their lesson in such a fluent, natural way. She picked up right where we left off asking excellent diagnostic questions. I really loved how they asked "Who feels like they would make a great explorer?" The students LOVED it! 

I felt bad because Jesse showed a video clip and at the same time the teacher was closing the blinds so you could not hear anything. When the teacher stopped the video was over =(  

Gina really had control and I liked how she grabbed their attention by saying "All eyes on me" 

They used a very different presentation style it was a dice cube on the SMART board. It was pretty neat, I just *wish* they made it full screen because it was a bit hard to see, very nice presentation though. 

I really like how they had the students repeat big words and really highlighted important points of their lesson it was great! I can't wait to see what they do for their next  lesson!!!!
